There are a lot of businesses floating about these days and in some industries, more so than others, there are far to many mediocre owners!
Oh, you own a contracting business......WHO CARES!
That's right I said it, and unfortunately a lot of other people feel the exact same!!!
It's not enough anymore to just own a business, there are a dime a dozen coming out of the woodworks every day. Just go stand at the ROC for a day and you will understand what I mean.
So, now what? Give up and go be something else? NO NO NO!
I am not saying anything about throwing in the towel, you just have to know what you are up against! There are a lot of contractors out there with a variety of trades, experience and innovation teeming at the top.
You need to step up your A Game and become one of the best.....by being one of the best in EVERYTHING YOU DO!
If you rest on your laurels even just a little, you could be opening up a door to someone else's victory dance. YOU ARE THE MVP, RIGHT?
In all truthfulness some companies really never make it beyond mediocre and for them that's ok! But, for JA KNAPP AGENCY we are looking for the best and the brightest and I hope you are too.
